A unique international sailing race reserved exclusively for cruising catamarans, the Catamarans Cup is conducted by Istion Yachting each year at the end of October in cooperation with yacht clubs, sailing academies & a vast international network of yachting agencies.

Catamarans Cup offers an impressive sailing action, unique moments of competition, unforgettable experiences of entertainment and wellness. Combining the alteration of different destinations, the participants have the opportunity to visit up to 6 different ports in one week, be acquainted with the traditions of each location as well as contributing significantly to the local economy. That is the reason why Catamarans Cup enjoys the implicit contribution and hospitality of the local bodies, having as a mutual ultimate goal the viable tourist development for the years to come.
The race has been continuously held since 2010, usually during the last week of October, attracting sailing enthusiasts-experienced and amateurs to live an experience of racing-cruising-entertainment on a catamaran, discovering island as well as coastal destinations of the wide area of Saronic Gulf. Over 300 participants of more than 18 countries from all over the world are getting accustomed to sailing during the 7-day cruise of high standards and get assimilated in a special community which is enriched with new supports every year.
