Welcome to Serifos!

Nestled on a steep hill, the capital of Serifos remains virtually untouched by tourism. Cuban whitewashed houses, churches in tiny squares, old windmills, the hilltop castle and the few cafes and taverns create its picturesque scenery. It consists of two neighborhoods, Upper and Lower Hora, and is 5 km away from the port.
At the top of the hill are the ruins of the castle and the church of Agios Konstantinos, with magnificent views of the whole island. It is also worth visiting the church of Agios Athanasios (19th century), with remarkable pictures.

In Chora you will find few rooms to let.

Festivals take place on December 4, at St. Barbara, at Christmas, on January 18 at the church of Agios Athanasios and on July 27 at Agios Panteleimonas at Five Pigadia.
